Terms of service

These are the terms you agree to by holding an account. Plain language, and we mean all of it.

Who can join

• You must be 18 or over.
• You must be free to marry. If you are married, or legally separated but not divorced, this is not the place for you.
• One account per person. Your profile must be about you, with photos of you.
• We review every profile by hand and we may decline one without giving a reason. Being declined is not a judgement of you as a person.

What we are and are not

We are an introduction service for Indian Christians who want to marry. We review profiles and choose who to admit. We do not run background checks, verify identity documents, confirm marital status, or check criminal records. Approval means a person read your profile and thought you belonged here. It is not a guarantee about anyone.

You are responsible for your own safety and your own judgement. Meet in public. Tell someone where you are going. Move slowly.

How you behave

Our community guidelines are part of these terms. In short, you agree not to:

• Lie about your age, marital status, or who you are.
• Use someone else's photos, or photos that aren't of you.
• Ask for money, promote a business, or recruit for anything.
• Send sexual content, or pressure anyone about sex.
• Harass, threaten, or keep contacting someone who has stopped replying.
• Share anyone's photos, messages or details outside this service.
• Scrape, copy or reuse other members' information.

We remove accounts for any of these, usually without warning. We do not owe a refund of anything paid.

Your content

Your photos and words stay yours. You give us permission to show them to other members and to store them so the service works. That permission ends when you delete your account, except where we must keep something to protect another member — a report made about you, for instance.

Payment

Ending it

• You can delete your account any time from Settings. It happens immediately.
• We can suspend or remove your account if you break these terms, if you put members at risk, or if we stop operating the service.
• If we close the whole service, we will give members notice and delete member data.

Liability

We provide the service as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, or that you will meet anyone, or that anyone is who they say they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what another member does, for anything that happens when you meet someone, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited. Disputes

Changes

We will email members before any meaningful change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
