What to write to us about
- Your profile was declined and you think we got it wrong — tell us and we'll look again.
- You're worried about someone on here. If it's urgent, use the Safety button inside the conversation as well, since that reaches us faster.
- Something on the site is broken.
- You want your account and data deleted and can't do it yourself. You can do it in Settings, immediately — but if you're locked out, email us.
- You have a question about what we believe, or you'd like us to pray about something.
If you are in danger
Contact your local emergency services first. We are not an emergency service and we may not see your email for hours.
Reporting someone
The fastest route is the Safety button in any conversation — it reaches us immediately and includes the context we need. If you have already blocked someone, please still report them: blocking protects you, reporting protects everyone else.
